Unfortunately no.  Currently private health providers do not cover the costs of Mobile X-Rays and Ultrasounds.

Radiology examinations are only claimable through Private Health funds when you are admitted to hospital.

For when an out of pocket fee is paid within a private clinic, this fee is not claimable through any private health fund

Is the quality of your Mobile X-Rays & Ultrasounds as good as other large Radiology providers?

The advances in Mobile Radiology has allowed us to create high quality images for diagnosis.

While there can be limitations due to our patients condition, our Mobile X-Ray and Ultrasound equipment use the equivalent equipment that you would find in any hospital setting.  This equipment provides high resolution images and low dose to the patient.

We currently use Micro-X equipment manufactured at Tonsley, South Australia to perform our X-Rays and the latest Philips Compact 5000 for our Ultrasound scans.

Please note: We do not perform obstetric or interventional steroid injection procedures.

How do I prepare for a Mobile X-Ray or Ultrasound?
