Ultra Mobile Radiology is a mixed Billing Mobile Radiology Practice.
Mixed billing mean's we are able to Bulk Bill certain on-site examinations, while other exams do incur an out of pocket fee for our attendance.
Unfortunately due to low Medicare Rebates and the high cost of providing staff, radiology equipment and day to day running costs, we are unable to Bulk Bill all patient examinations.
For patients in financial hardship or those requiring urgent Radiology Intervention (to avoid a hospital transfer), we will always be there to help and will attempt to waive the out-of-pocket cost as part of our focus on servicing our community.
Ultra Mobile Radiology will Bulk Bill the following examinations within Metropoloitan Adelaide (Please indicate any of the below on the GP's request form):

At all times we try to keep attendance fees as low as possible, however due to rising costs performing business in Adelaide, for some examinations we must charge an out of pocket fee for our attandance:
Our professional Teams of Radiographers & Sonographers aim to provide a prompt service to all of Metroploitan Adelaide.
While we'd love to have multiple vehicles on the road covering all of Adelaide, however this is not achievable. Ultra Mobile Radiology focuses primarily on servicing the inner ring of Adelaide. These suburbs include:
All our Mobile Radiology reports are delivered directly to the requesting GP to their Practice Software.
All Aged Care Facilities will receive a secure link via email that will allow staff to view our images and print/download the report for their files.
** Please note: For complete security the Radiology Report link expire after 3 days. Please print/download the available reports ASAP.**
Aged Care Facilities and GP's can also request access to our PACS system to independently access any of their residents images or reports.
Urgent Radiology Reports are performed within 24 hours. Non-Urgent Radiology Reports will be received within 48 hours.
GP's will be notified by phone if any positive pathological finding is found by our Radiographer's/ Sonographer's while at the patients bedside.
